The food was SUPER average. I expected better portuguese food. The variety of options didn't matter because everything lacked flavor. The hotel advertised three restaurants, but they all served the SAME stuff, just at different times. It reminded me of one big, disappointing food service.

The food was decent enough. It had normal variety for this type of all-inclusive deal.
i was really annoyed by the children's pool situation. there were kids everywhere and it was difficult to find a chair. also, the noise level was ridiculous (i actually had to buy earplugs!). honestly, it felt more like a daycare than a relaxing hotel.

the food was very varied. i found fresh food available always. the swimming pools were great, including a cool water slide.
i found some of the staff only spoke english! and the hotel was busy. it was sometimes noisy with children. the pillows were not very comfortable.

We got late check-out passes because our arrival was delayed. The team was helpful and understanding. I really appreciated the gesture. The 24-hour snack bar was also a lifesaver, especially arriving late at night. The ability to grab something to eat was convenient and thoughtful.
The animation team mainly focused on the French guests, completely overlooking us. They walked past without greeting us. This was quite disappointing. I felt somewhat ignored.

I found the animation team friendly. They catered well to both adults and children. i liked dropping off my son at the kids club. afterwards, i attended workout classes where the staff were helpful and professional. picking up my son, i found him happy and content. the 24/7 food choices were AMAZING!!! and the pool was also a highlight.
i noticed the quality of daily cleaning could improve. specifically, i found that towels were sometimes not refreshed and there were ring marks left on surfaces.
